Quick fixes for the issues people hit most often.

Problem	What to try
Model won’t load	Settings → re-init from cache, or re-download. Needs WebGPU-capable Chrome + GPU.
Slow answers	Lower max tokens; close heavy tabs; first run after init is slower.
Agent / Memory locked	Activate a Pro license in Settings.
Floating bar missing	Enable Floating Bar; select ≥6 characters; try a non-blocked site.
Research fails	Needs network access; try a narrower topic.
Page tools fail on chrome://	Expected — Chrome blocks extensions on internal pages.
